The IMAGING technology area provides services related to the light microscopy and electron microscopy including image analysis. We provide open access to a broad range of commercially available instruments and also support customized imaging solutions including custom-built microscopes. For a large-scale imaging experiments, we offer automated imaging solutions.

Microscopy allows us to make the journeys to the fascinating micro world. Our imaging solutions will allow you to unravel cellular features and structural information with light microscopy.

Our imaging tools can detect cellular and subcellular structures such as the cytoskeleton, mitochondria, and nucleus.

Electron microscopy is a powerful technology to observe biological specimen in high resolution and great detail. We prepare your sample for imaging and in addition to image acquisition, we provide data storage and image-processing support.

If you need to scale up your experiments to multiple samples, either in fixed or live cell modality, we can offer automated high throughput  sample preparation and microscopy that can handle your needs.

In case your research requires imaging solutions beyond the scope of commercial systems, we support you by custom-building microscopes in-house, specifically tailored to your scientific needs.
